Richard A. Powell was born to a loving family of 10 kids and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. After receiving a Bachelors in Fire Protection Engineering at University of Maryland, he moved to the west coast and has lived in San Diego, Las Vegas, and currently resides in West Los Angeles. His artwork explores principles of geometry, energy, flow, numerology, and nature. Inspiration to follow his heart and to prioritize creativity has come from his Grandfather, Robert Powell, who had a passion for Education, Sailing and Running.
